6:26 am - But I do want to do this...just not today. I woke up wanting to go back to bed. All I can concentrate on is work...which is the very reason I have to find motivation by the end of this day.
7:28 am - When I saw the sun begin to shed light on the Western Hemisphere, something inside of me said "Stop sitting here and worrying over being motivated, just get off your butt and do it". So I did! I am happy I did too because it is a beautiful morning and today was the first day the walk became a little "easier". There is motivation is just that.
