About Sarah

Everyone's journey is unique. Everyone's purpose on this Earth is unique. And everyone has a meaningful and necessary presence at this time. Just as Albert Einstein did in his time, or Leonardo Da Vinci did in his. What would life be like without Dr. Martin Luther King or Alexander Graham Bell? It is our responsibility to figure out what that journey is going to look like (choices), to find our purpose and to create meaning to the journey and purpose. Not everyone can be an Einstein or a Dr. Martin Luther King, but we can all influence just the same.

I am a helper. I influence by helping and leading by example. I try to have fun while making good choices. I follow my gut and listen to my heart while using my rational mind. I've learned that not everything has to make sense but it does need to feel right. Everything we say and do effects others, which is the idea that guides this blog.

Sharing experiences with the world is a way for me to give hope, to those who have just awoken or those who find themselves feeling stuck. This blog is a journal for me to look back on the days I seek hope as well. It is an outlet for me to share my knowledge about life; all things that have served my family well on personal and collective journeys, in hopes that it helps another to make sense of the journey they are on as well.

I am a mom, first and foremost. Second, a wife. After that I am a daughter, sibling, Aunt, cousin. I am a dog mom. I am a cat mom. I am a chicken mom. I am a gym co-mom, not to just one child but to a village full of talented gals. I am a professional. I am a volunteer. I am friend. I am an intuitive. I am woman who is trying to find enlightenment in the wacky world that we live in...mentally, physically and spiritually.

Love and light my friends!

“Today you are You, that is truer than true.
There is no one alive who is Youer than You.” ~ Dr. Seuss
