Out with the old, in with the new...energy that is!

"Stop worrying about the potholes in the road and celebrate the journey!" ~Barbara Hoffman

2011 was an interesting year. A lot of ups, a lot of downs with an occasional plateau. Many people that I have spoken to feel that this year was a wash...that may be so, and if it is believe that you are starting 2012 with a clean slate and you will. The power of the mind is phenomenal!

2011 was a year of activation, prophecy and change. It was a hard year; hard in that I looked at the Earth and our being in a whole different perspective. I found some answers to some of life's questions. I prioritized this life, set goals and healthy expectations for myself. I grew emotionally and mentally. I grew as a wife, mother and daughter. Most importantly, I let love in. With love came peace and abundance. Abundance in the way of having a full heart and a life filled with divine light.

I look around and feel the energy shifting. The riots, the natural disasters, the odd human and animal behavior. It is all above us and it is all part of the change. I learned that each and everyone of us has our own spot on this planet and in this Universe. I learned that nobody but ones self can find that place. YOU have to find your frequency within this Universe. Find where you fit in. Find your road less traveled. You have to understand that your energy is connected to each and every other source of energy around you; near and far. You feel compassion for the homeless because you are connected to them. You feel pain for the wounded animal because you are connected to nature. You feel disgust when hearing of human predators because you know you are connected to them and their victims. Yin and Yang, positive and negative work together. You have to have the bad in order for the good to prevail. The world is where it is at right now because people have lost that connection. Think it through. Start asking yourself before every conscious decision, “If I do this, what will be the affect?” Had plastic bag manufactures done so we would not be endangering our oceans. Had car manufactures done so we would not be polluting our world. Shoulda coulda woulda. Start now.

My generation is a generation that is viewed as selfish; but is it that? Or do we just have a better understanding of our connection to the rest of the world? Maybe we were born with the wisdom to take care of one self. A built in way of rejuvenation. Is it that we did not have the teachers to teach us how to use this gift of self worth? Is it that these scholars of society stifled this gift rather than awakening it? Knowing the wealth of modern education is prosperous, but maybe, just maybe true prosperity is knowing one self. We all look for answers externally but once we realize that the answers are within each and every one of us (for each and every one of us) we will know true happiness and self worth. It is hard to get up each day and consciously tell yourself that this day is going to be great and that love overcomes. It is hard each day to live by my own words of wisdom; to always move onward and upward and to do it consciously with love. And I will admit that I do not always do it. But I am gracious for this bit of wisdom. For I know that as I flow through my frequency in this Universe I will always have myself and the other energies that I am connected with.  We are never alone.

There is something bigger than us; a larger network that we are connected to. Something divinely intelligent and all knowing. The orchestrator, the Creator, God. Love & light!

Happy New Year!
